Expect more violence in Iraq, because Iran wants the focus off of the brutal shootings of protesters and on Iraq instead. Plus, the US troops are due to withdraw next week from the major Iraqi cities.
This attack was against the Shiites and I would not put it past the Shiites of Iran to attack their own, for propaganda purposes.
