This weekend we celebrate Memorial day. This is a day that we honor those who sacrificed their lives so that we could all live in peace. Our critics say that we honor wars. Nothing could be further from the truth. We do NOT honor war, we honor those who died in battle. Those men and women who sacrificed their lives so that some people would still have the right to criticize that sacrifice. This year Memorial Day is especially poignant because this year we not only honor those who died in battle defending America, but now we also honor those veterans who have passed away due to this Covid-19 pandemic.
Here on this Patriots For America web site I would also like to add one more name to the list of those who have died defending America. That name is Terry George Trussell. For those who don't know, Terry Trussell was a Vietnam war veteran. Terry died in a Florida prison for trying to defend our Constitutional liberties and our constitutional rule of law. May GOD rest his sole. We will not allow their sacrifice to be in vein.
