That simply raises the question once more of WHO is declared to be a potential enemy. According to big SIS over at the DHS that could mean any (and every) Veteran of the US Military or any past or present law enforcement officer who has sworn an oath to obey, preserve, and defend the Constitution of The United States of America again all enemies foreign and domestic.
