After sundown there is no "peaceful protest". All who partake in "peaceful protest" after sundown are RIOTERS.
Find the local, state, federal laws which allow "peaceful protests on the streets" after sundown, and document them.
Find the events and document them.
If the shooting, the voilance happened after sundown, the Goverment is responsible. The original cause for the violence, the damage, the injuries, the deaths was lack of law forbidding all protests to end at sundown.
There is not such thing as "peacefull protest" in the dark of the night.
