This was forwarded to me, and I have *no clue* whether this fellow has info the rest of us don't have, but just in case ...
He's warning that the rats are running for the Cheyenne Base and going underground ... and that it could have something to do with an EMP ...
Could be nothing ... there will be a LOT of "nothings" mixed among the real threats, I'm afraid ... but there's no clear way to be certain of which are which except in hindsight.
If you have a way to protect your information and electronics, you may want to consider doing so until this either proves to be false, or a reasonable amount of time goes by without anything happening. The rats aren't going to stay squirreled away forever ...

Things could, indeed, happen ... but it doesn't leave me with the same impression as the video did. Just more "rumblings" ... showing us clearly the times we're in.
