The Obama Administrations moratorium on off shore drilling did not make it in the Federal Appeals Court. For the time being, drilling could resume if the companies wanted too. I fear that they will not until the situation from the BP well is resolved in the Gulf and in the Courts.
This is yet another Industry Obama and the Gooberment is destroying right infront of our eyes.
