The way to have meetings, daily or once a week, is to set them up at www.gotomeeting.com. They have audio conferences as well as webinars, where power point slides can be introduced.
Col Harry Riley could have a conference with all 50 of his State contacts weekly or even daily; then state leaders can meet with their downline once a week without having to drive long distances.
