So far what I don't see is any penalties for makeing a faulse accusation against someone through these Red-Flag laws.
These Red-Flag laws are far to open for abuse and faulse accusations by anyone who simply doesn't like you or they just don't think you should have any guns or weapons. They don't even have to identify themselves. They (anyone) can simply make an accusation and your right are gone - instantly.
