Trump’s convictions;
The New York City conviction(s) of Trump paying off his attorney and then making an entry into his accounting as legal fees is totally bogus.
AG Alvin Bragg and the Biden administration are trying to say that Trump claimed paying off Stormy Danials to shut her up and then claiming the payments were “Legal fee’ was a felony under federal law.
Lets take a closer look at this. According to Michael Cohan, (Trumps attorney), Cohan is the one who actually paid Danials, Not Trump. In his testimony during the trial Cohan stated that he never told Trump what the payment was for. Trump basically didn’t know what Cohan had paid and why.
Next Cohan then billed Trump for the $130,000, Trump paid him. And the marked it off as “Legal fees”. So basically Trump paid his attorney $130,000 without knowing what he was being billed for. He just simply paid his attorney.
Alvin Bragg entered those charges against Trump 34 times in his prosecution of Donald Trump.
If the jury found Trump guilty of even one of those charges then that automatically meant he was guilty on all 34 counts. At this point it’s still not a federal crime. Making an illegal entry into your accounting system is a State Misdemeanor, Not a felony. So Bragg, and the Biden administration, had to turn this State level Misdemeanor into a federal crime.
In order to turn this State level Misdemeanor into a Federal felony crime they claimed Donald Trump violated Federal laws, but they never stated what federal laws were broken. Even up to this day even the jury still don’t know which federal laws were violated. Judge Juan Merchan told the jury they didn’t have to specify or even needed to know which laws were broken. And they didn’t have to agree on which laws were broken.
All of this was conducted in a City and a State that hates Donald Trump, by Democrats, who also happen to hate Donald Trump.
So Trump was found guilty but no one know what crime or what federal laws were broken.
That is our new justice system under these Democrats and Communists.
