The first Amendment rights.
Contrary to what the Biden administration and the far left Democrats want us to believe the people’s right to free speech is protected under the First Amendment of the US Constitution;

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
There are traditionally exceptions excepted to those rights and privileges; most notably the right to scream “FIRE” in a crowded theater. However in most cases those exceptions are voluntary, not necessarily imposed by state laws.
The Biden administration has stated that no rights guaranteed by the US Constitution are infinite.
According to them none of the people’s rights protected under the Constitution are actually guaranteed.
They believe the government has the right to restrict, limit, and violate any of the articles or amendments of the US Constitution any time they see fit to do so. And they have proceeded to do just that any time and under any circumstances where they feel that it justifies their agenda or their policies.
The GAG orders imposed against President Donald Trump are a clear violation of those Constitutional rights. In fact each and every one of the civil and criminal trials being imposed against President Trump are in violation of the US Constitution.
The gag order, imposed by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, bars Trump from making public statements targeting prosecutors, court staff and potential witnesses in the case accusing him of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election he lost to President Joe Biden. It still allows the former president to assert his innocence and his claims that the case against him is politically motivated.
Former President Donald Trump is facing a potential 500-1,000 years in federal prison and the loss of all his real estate and property holdings by these state and federal prosecutors. Plus he is facing a potential fine of $250,000,000 (250 Million) if convicted.
New York State Attorney General Letitia James and Justice Arthur Engoron have taken it upon themselves to decide and to establish real estate property values in New York City and around the nation. They claim that Trump committed fraud by inflating the value of his holdings in order to obtain favorable loans and mortgage rates.
However neither of them nor any State or federal court has the right nor authority to set those real estate property values. Real estate property values are set by the American free market. Prices and values are established according to what people are willing to pay for any piece of property.
The trials and charges being brought again President Donald Trump are all unconstitutional and illegal.
It is the opinion of this author that these judges and prosecutors should all be disbarred, removed from office and prosecuted for their violations of the US Constitution and their attacks against not only President Donald Trump but for their attacks against the American people.
They are ALL in violation of their oaths of office to protect Obey, and preserve the Constitution of the United States of America.
If we are to uphold and defend the US Constitution then these people must be removed from office.

By the time this scam trial is over the 1st Amendment will no longer exist.
Meanwhile, the Islamic training camps spread throughout the USA are about to burst wide open with full scale terrorist attacks on U.S soil like we witnessed five weeks ago in Israel.
