What’s it worth?

What’s it worth?

Anyone who has ever bought or sold any real estate property, (or anything else for that matter), knows there are always several potential values associated with that item.
In real estate there is generally at least four values associated with the property;
#1) The Real Estate listing or asking price by the seller/owner.
#2) The real estate appraisers appraisal, Generally used to obtain financing or loans.
#3) Insurance company appraisals, Insurance companies do not like to insure property for any value greater than it would cost to repair or rebuild if it is destroyed.

#4) The city, county, and State tax appraisals. This is used to set the assessed property tax values paid by the owners each year. Generally set by local tax codes.
#5) The fair open market value. This is what the surrounding market estimates the values might be for the property, what will the market bear. Real Estate companies try to obtain comparable purchase/sales values based upon recent sales for that area.
#6) Then there is the owner’s estimates of what the property is worth. Everyone always thinks there property is worth far greater value than anyone else might think.

#7) But the real value of a property, (or anything else) is always set according to what someone is willing to pay for it. You can ask what ever you want but if no one is willing to pay that much then it’s probably not worth that much.

The differences between these values can and generally is considerable. For example an owner/seller is listing his/her house for $250,000. Fair market estimates range at around $185,000 to $200,000.
The real estate appraisers (for the loan financing) says it’s worth $175,000.

The local tax appraiser estimates the value at $275,000. That is so they can set the taxes as high as possible. Property owners constantly have to battle with the tax assessors to lower those values to obtain a lower tax bill every year.
An uneducated layman, (or a crooked attorney or state official) can claim that a property is worth only $125,000 or less while the owner/seller is listing it at $250,000.
None of that really matters because the real value is always set according to what the finance and insurance companies are will to deal with and according to what someone is willing to pay for it.

New York Attorney General Letitia James and judge Arthur Engoron have sued Donald Trump and the Trump organization for filing financial statements claiming the net values of real estate holdings at a much higher value than they feel it should be worth. Their sole purpose behind filing these law suits was stated and intended to be to “Get Donald Trump”.

This is a complete and total travesty of justice. An abuse or power, abuse of office, and a violation of Trump’s civil and Constitutional rights.

Judge Engoron refused to even consider any of Donald Trump’s constitutional rights. He ignored every single one of the constitutional rights guaranteed under our US Constitution.
This is in it self a violation of the Constitution.

Judge Arthor Engoron MUST be removed and prosecuted under US Federal law.

New York city Attorney General Letitia James MUST be removed and prosecuted for her deliberate and viscous assaults against a private citizen of the United States of America.

These violations against our Constitution can NOT be allowed to go unanswered. Violations and blatant abuse of power and abuse of office can NOT be allowed to proceed. These two officials of our American legal justice and court systems have abused and violated every single principle upon which our US Constitution was written to prevent.

These illegal Unconstitutional court proceedings and all fines fees and penalties again Donald J. Trump and the Trump organization and all others associated with these actions MUST be halted IMMEDIATELY.
