0 HR 1388 now HR 1444 here we go again! Posted by 1stRichard on March 29, 2009 at 11:56pm in General Discussion They take took the 'mandatory' language out of HR 1388 and put it in HR 1444http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h1444/text?version=ih&nid=t0:ih:35http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h1444/showSeems there was enough action on HR 1388 for them to remove mandatory and now we have to do it again.Please excuse me for being a conservative, volunteering is an individual liberty, anything other is socialism or worse.
