Former President Donald Trump, two of his sons, and two of his employees were found liable for fraud Tuesday in a case brought by an elected Democrat prosecutor before an elected Democrat judge in a staunchly Democratic city.
Arthur Engoron, an elected civil Justice of the New York County Supreme Court, issued a rare summary judgment that concluded that New York Attorney General Letitia James proved her case before the defense mounted its own.
Summary Judgment means no trial, no jury, no opportunity for any defense, guilty by accusation, done.
The defendant(s) (Trump and his family) have no civil rights, no rights to have any representation, no rights to privacy, no rights to first, second, third, fourth, or fifth amendment rights what-so-ever. Guilty as charged, by accusation and that’s it, it’s done.

What this means is that we now have a new Real Estate czar, New York Attorney General Letitia James now decides the value, who can and who can NOT own real estate in New York city.
Not the free market, not the buyers, not the public, not the Real Estate market, or the appraisers, not the banks or the lenders.
