Any comments about the leader of the GOP National Committee. The national leadership bent over backwards to get an articulate minority who'd had some electoral success as a Republican. Now, on a couple of occasions, he's made what some view very accepting or tolerant remarks for those in the pro-choice camp. I think if the GOP loses its way on the life issue, they will drive millions of voters away from the party. Although Reagan was a big tent guy, he always seemed to stick to the principle on Life, even wrote a book about abortion. It was as if he was saying we welcome anyone in, but here is what we believe and you need to understand we want water it down for you and we want to see you come around to the party platform and ideals. It seems Steele wants to welcome everyone without pointing out where the party stands. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything, right???
