Hi Garie. Paul D. ~

Sorry that I missed your message to this post on December 13th.  I have some updates in my notes, and I'll get back to you on this topic.   I'm preparing to teach a seminar for a lecture in 2 weeks so please bear with me. 

I have been going through the forums I posted (800+) and I'm trying to clean them out after I retrieve some information - some I may post for a new website and other items I may need for lectures I've been asked to participate in for 2016. 

This will make space for other members to post forum content - not many people bother to read what I post anyway.
