Obama officials’ brutal mistreatment of dying WW II hero

Horrific brutality is being done by the Obama Administration’s U.S. Bankruptcy Court to a cancer ridden, helpless 89 year old World War II veteran who received two bronze stars involving the incredible rescue of 2,000 U.S. Prisoners of War from vicious Japanese guards at the Los Banos Internment Camp in Luzon, Philippines in 1945. Montana’s Warren C. Bodeker is being tossed out of his Plains, MT home by Christy Brandon, a Montana Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, practicing in Bigfork, Mt.  She refused to continue a capacity hearing even as he was suffering in a Helena VA Hospital from advanced stage prostate cancer spreading throughout his body.  The bulletin CIR received contained the following update: “But despite the well-established fact that Mr. Bodeker was in the hospital, the trustee, Christy Brandon, opposed the motion to continue the hearing.  U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Honorable Ralph B. Kirscher denied (this) motion; Brandon then Emailed Mr. Bodeker (whose own lawyer quit) to tell him she would be at his home on 11 Freedom Lane, Plains, MT, with a sheriff’s deputy to kick him out of his home and have the locks changed” on June 18, 2012.

Now what’s even worse, the sick and dying veteran who belonged to the Co. B, 511th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 11th Airborne Division must at his own cost have the remains of his dead wife Lorna dug up and moved from the home where they planned to be buried next to one another.  Her five year long battle with cancer left him with so many medical and credit card bills he had to file for bankruptcy.  And that’s when his real nightmare began.  Because the couple had some gold and silver coins he failed to disclose, he was pressured into signing some sort of stipulation agreement which he did not understand, thereby forcing him to lose his bankruptcy and homestead exemption protections.  Christy Brandon–according to the internet Email by Liberty.com—is  serving as the trustee for the estate, the lawyer for the estate, and as the attorney for herself as trustee, all in one!  According to witnesses, the poor old guy was led to believe he was going to lose everything, no matter what he did or didn’t do.  The Email says despite the well-established fact that Mr. Bodeker was in the hospital, trustee Brandon opposed the motion to continue the hearing.  Even though he was set to undergo a competency examination which could show he lacked the capacity to enter into the stipulation, the judge denied the old man’s motion, acting pro se, to continue the hearing and the judge then granted the order for the World War II hero to vacate his property!

You can view his pitiful video at (2).  The Los Banos Raid is considered to be the textbook example of the perfect rescue operation in military history.  Paratroopers, including Private Bodeker, tumbled out at day break behind enemy lines, to free our POWs before brutal Imperial Japanese guards could carry out their planned slaughter of our men.  Not one POW was killed.  And this is the thanks the old veteran gets when he is too old to fight his own battles!

No words can express the lack of compassion, the bald brutality, the crass cruelty of a U.S. judicial system so devoid of any sense of patriotism to someone who put his life on the enemy line to save his fellow Americans.  Commenters are over the top in their criticism of what one called “Another National Disgrace on the New America.”   Another said, “This is crazy.”   Finally, this comment says it all: “This is an outrage! This makes me so mad.  Treating our veterans like crap. This is just sick.”   Montana’s two U.S. Senators, both Democrats, are Jon Tester and Max Baucus, who can be called toll free at 1-877-762-8762.

This is totally unacceptable for a man that would have and could have given all for his fellow Americans . Disgusting , and "Vile" to the max !

This is not just a Democrat thing as one mentions here . Republicans are as bad , sad to say . It concerns me that it becomes a partisan game and if Romney would win it means that most of us will relax . We can't relax and must get on his case as fast as we get on Ocrap's . But I fear not .

The inexcusable treatment of Mr. Bodeker is just another in a long series of injustices , and our country has degraded to a point of no return .

I encourage everyone to do the same to their members of congress in both the senate and House. Its easy - just cut and paste it to their web site form. We MUST NOT allow public officials to abuse our veterans as well as any other citizen, particularly those that can not fight for themselves, as in this case.

Please take immediate action to stop this abuse of a public official toward a veteran. This act is total appalling and must be corrected immediately. This person should be removed from this job, since she has violated the trust she has abused.

the Judicial system. My experience with Democratic Politicians has been unless one is among their  popular special 

interest group of the moment  (i.e. black when they needed blacks on their political plantation-- now it's the Reprobate

and /or the  Muslim  even as it was once as still is the Communist -any  disaffected enemy of my Country and our way )

Talking to a Democratic Politician is like talking about the Cross of Christ to an unbeliever. There seems no fruit in the

I cannot put into words how truly disgusting I find this.  Were someone to shoot this bitch and I were on the jury I would say not guilty.  It was justifiable homicide.  Just when you think these bastards have gotten as low as they can they prove you wrong.  What is even more disgraceful is the fact that the judge went along with it.  Neither one of them deserve any more than an ounce lead right between the eyes.

This will be my last post . I'm not leaving because of any dislike as most blogs here are good but have signed on to a more proactive site with the thoughts of getting things done . I've enjoyed the back and forth with civility that this site enjoys .

Finally I was able to donate through paypal but still don't like em' much . I have sent the message to our American Legion and VFW plus our County Assembly . Should do fairly well and recommend that others do the same which I'm sure some have done .

Dennis - you are correct in your assessment, most entries are nothing more than venting among others wanting to get it "OFF" their chests. These entries go no where. I have followed this issue, as well as many others and find that most of them have very good points that should be brought to the attention of their elected "Critters", not that it will spark them into action, but if ALL of us will start sending our concerns to our elected folks, it will make a positive impact. Remember, numbers to these self serving professional politicians is the only thing that they are concerned with. Remember the old saying the more you stir the pile the more it stinks. Therefore, we must all stir it until these self serving "HOGS" get a belly full of their own "SLOPE" at the tax payers expense. It is so easy to cut and paste most of these articles to the web sites of members of congress, that I don't understand why more and more of those do not send their concerns to them.

   Therefore, I invite all to have your elected officials web sites "Book Marked" for easy access and use them frequently, as there are so many issues that need "FIXING." I recall a statement by a very wise governor that stated the "Decisions that guide our country are made in the political arena and that is where he is throwing in his hat." So let's all get on their case and keep up the pressure.
