What does it take to stop a narcissistic maniac?

A combination of impeachment proceedings and criminal prosecution I'd say. Anyone who has committed as many felonies as this demonic dude has is sure to have an Achilles heel somewhere.

Find some folks with the time, money, and legal acumen to pull the legal proceedings off and, maybe, just maybe, we're on our way back to Kansas, Toto!
