Obama is not capable of being Commander in Chief. It is my opinion that he is using some "stuff" too often.
I CALL IT ''FUNNY STUFF'' THE KIND HE USED IN THE DEBATE WITH ROMNEY..........IN HIS OWN WORLD.
Obama cant do anything on his own.. He has to have a promptor to tell him what to say... Much less do... Unless he is taking another hit like he has done in college and still doing..
