  • I could not force myself to read the entire thing. However, I read enough to see that Justice Roberts was at least partially right. When he cited the penalty to actually be a tax, he was correct and had the authority, according to the dissent. The only part that I find fault with now is the fact that this bill originated in the senate, not the house, and if I am correct, should not be upheld for that reason alone. Besides the fact that the federal government has no business meddling with health care in the first place. STATES, stand up and do your duty, that is what we need to be screaming.
